Building workouts, folders, and Open Gym

// Walkthrough
01

Build a workout

Sort workouts into folders and favorite the ones you reach for most.

03

Open Gym

Start an unstructured session any time and log exercises as you do them — no plan required.

04

Your exercise library

// Frequently asked
Q1
How do I create a workout?
In the Gym, tap + New → Workout, give it a name, then add exercises with their sets, reps, and weight. Drag to reorder, and select two or more to group them into a superset.
Q2
What's the difference between the Gym and my Routine?
Your Routine is the set of exercises you aim to do regularly — it drives your Today page and your streak. The Gym is your library of structured workouts you can start as a session whenever you like.
Q3
What is Open Gym?
Open Gym is a freeform session with no preset plan. Start it, then log exercises and sets as you go — handy when you're improvising rather than following a saved workout.
Q4
Can I add my own exercises?
Yes. If an exercise isn't in the built-in library, add a custom one with its name and tracking type. It's saved to your library and reusable across every workout.
