Open each exercise on Today, log your reps or time, and mark it done. Progress bars fill as you go.

Keep your streak

Finish everything scheduled for the day and your streak grows. Miss a day and it resets to zero.

Celebrate the win

Clear the day for confetti, a fanfare, and a note from Coach. Tune or mute the sounds in Settings.

Pay off debt

If workout debt is on, missed reps roll forward. Bank extra reps and they clear automatically.

What counts as completing a workout?
A day is complete when you've logged every exercise scheduled on Today. Check each one off as you finish and your streak updates automatically.

How does the streak work?
Your streak counts consecutive days you've completed your scheduled workout. Miss a day and it resets to zero — simple, honest accountability, with no grace days or workarounds.
Q3
What are workout celebrations?
Clear everything for the day and you'll see confetti, hear a fanfare, and get a congratulatory note. It's a small reward for showing up. Adjust or disable the sounds in Settings.
